    ShowEQ is OpenSource.
    That means, you have nothing to pay when downloading.
    BUT as OpenSource said, its available as Sourcecode!
    There is no binary distribution.

    So all you have to do is:
    Learn Linux, set up a Linux box, learn abit about setup a working network topology (hubs, switches etc.), learn abit about CVS, learn abit about compiler, learn abit about compiling QT or installing QT with RPMs.... and you are fine

    LOL!! OK, I deserve that for being a newbie on the boards. I do know linux (Go redhat!) and have a box and network server running. When I went to the download sections and other sections of the board I did not even see any source code.

    just search for... CVS... only i think it forces you to use 4 letters... so try maybe "cvs -z3" as your search string, that should find something. its not to hard to get from cvs, just gotta get the commands :)
