Invalid Ini file

Hey there! I've downloaded a few different versions of this and none of them seem to be working. Executing the main file causes either an error. UNcaught exception in Main, could not looad file or assembly Weifenlkluo.Winformsui.docking.

Trying to run the server cliant it gives me an invalid ini file errer

Help, been a long time since i used this and am sure im doing something wrong
