Modifications:

• Updated tradeItemOutStruct
• Fixed window caption setting for Spawn List and Compass, just set the Caption.
• Updated version to 4.0.1, just for kicks... (and because Nostradamus bitched...)

i'm trying to compile this release for a 3rd time now, but it is getting stuck at a certain point (text to follow). i've been compiling showeq for a while now (successfully) so i am not sure what the issue is. i even let it sit on that step for about 2 hours while i went shopping (i pressed return and a few keys to find out if the box was frozen, it was at the same place when i returned). compiling includes (scripted) make distclean, make -f Makefile.dist, ./configure, make -j3, make install.

hummm, grrr... this time it actually locked up the computer while compiling. perhaps this is just my box saying "i hate you, i hate you". i will try and figure it out :)
